Of course I love technology… that goes without saying. If I had to pick a favorite technology it would have to be blogging. Usually my first thought when I see something cool is “I need to put that on a blog!”
Some of my less common interests include Dutch Oven Cooking. You put food in those things and cook them over an open fire, or with charcoal. Here is one of my favorite dutch oven sites!
Making bread - I make home-made bread just about every Sunday night. I usually bring a loaf to give away to someone at work. Goes great with my wife’s home-made strawberry jelly! Here is a link to our family recipe site where I will put all my favorite recipes… of course, this is a spare time project.
Woodworking - With the help of my sweet wife I made this “stove” and “fridge” for my daughter for Christmas (2006). I’m still learning, but I sure do enjoy it!
And, of course, one of my favorite things to do is spend time with my family.
